  • Guest：Bus service during the holiday or weekend is not that good! Due to local tourist take over most spot, end up we took taxi ?to local subway station. ?No basic room supplier( toothbrush etc.); ?others are very good ! We will do it again when back to Taiwan!!!!!!!
  • Guest：Beautiful hotel. We were in a suite and it was fantastic to have plenty of space with the kids. No amenities at all in the toilet. Only shampoo and shower gel.
  • Guest：A beautiful hotel no doubt, but I think the service is just average, nothing to boast about. Please take note that check in is strictly 3pm so don't bother turning up at the reception before that as there's no such thing as a pre check-in like what many other countries do. Unless perhaps if you're a VIP. They didn't tend to wear smiles on their faces as well, just a normal service tone of voice at best as they looked pretty jaded / felt like they're on a high horse like those staff working at lavish boutique stores. I liked the room - spacious enough, good air-con and water pressure, bidet toilet. However, the swimming pool is not connected to the main building and it's a joke. You either have to walk a fair bit in the open to an annex, or perhaps they'll drive you on a buggy (which we weren't informed of).
  • Guest：Big and luxury hotel. I stayed in another building behind—a quick walk away but require some familiarity. Mby ooking said no window but it actually has big window, it is just facing the mountain and lacks of view.
